Weekend Recap: Engagement Party Edition

Is it really Monday already? This weekend flew by; I don’t know if it’s because we were having a lot of fun or because we pretty much didn’t stop moving all weekend. Friday we had dinner with some friends and made it an early night…working all week takes it out of you! Saturday morning we woke up bright and early to go for a jog. The weather on Saturday was absolutely amazing. There was a chill in the air and it was perfect for jogging! We also had a delicious brunch and celebrated our one year anniversary!
Later that day we headed to Hickory, NC for one of my best friends, Bre and her fiancé Jeremy’s engagement party! It was such a fun get together! It was the perfect time to all get together, catch up, and celebrate our friends! Oh, and don’t get me started on the location of the party. It was at Bre’s cousin’s home and it was absolutely stunning. There was no detail left out in the entire home. I could have snapped pictures of the wonderful details all night. (It’s a perfectly Pinterest worthy home!!)
Sunday morning was all about the Phillip Lim x Target collaboration. Bre, Leslie and I woke up bright and early to head to Target and take a look at the collection. Luckily we were in a super small town that had no clue who Phillip Lim is so we had free reign of the collection to scoop up as we pleased! Leslie got a bag, Bre got two, and I got three!
