Today is the day! Today is the day! I am heading to the happiest place on earth! In case you can’t tell I am extremely excited. This is our annual dad-daughter trip and it’s always one that I look forward to with my step-dad and sisters. We always have so much fun & make new memories! We fly out today at five, so in the mean time I am running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to tie up loose ends. Why is it that everything always seems to come up right before a trip?!
Anyways, I shared last month what was in my Rebecca Minkoff Mini M.A.B. bag, so I wanted to share what’s in my Madewell Zipped Transport travel bag today! I got this bag a little over a year ago and it has become my go-to carry on bag for traveling. I like that it can fit my laptop and all of my essentials, plus it has a shoulder strap!
iPad | I always bring my iPad with me on any trip. To save room while traveling I download my books to my kindle app and magazines on my next issue app. it saves me from lugging more weight in books and magazines through the airport!
agenda | I also bring my agenda with me, even if I’m going on vacation, just so I can keep up with my schedule. I feel absolutely lost without it! I am still old school and like seeing everything written out. I recently got this design love co. agenda and really like the layout of it.
starbucks card | does this need any explanation? I am a coffee lover and it’s always necessary on a travel day!
portable charger | My phone is constantly dying and nothing is worse than a dead phone while waiting in the airport (how else do you pass the time?!?)
pinrose petal packs | I first discovered pinrose when I was at the Southern Blog Society conference. I was immediately drawn to the fun packaging and the scents kept me going back for more. They not only smell amazing, but the individual packaging makes them ideal for traveling. It’s so much easier to bring these along and not have to worry about a major perfume spill!
lotion & lipgloss | If there are two things I must have at all times, it’s these two things. There’s something about traveling that makes my hands and lips feel so dry!
hand sanitizer | Airports are full of germs (as are the rides at Disney), so I always make sure to have a few of these mini hand sanitizers on me so I can feel a little less “gross” while traveling.

iPad DEFINITELY although I'm debating getting the mini because my old iPad is super big haha. And the portable charger is definitely needed!
