Gingham & Leopard

Last week I shared my seven days of Target denim with y’all. This week I am going to share each individual outfit so that you can see the details and I can describe the different types of denim I wore. 
I am always in search of a good pair of black denim. For some reason, I always have a hard time finding a pair that I like, are affordable, and don’t end up fading after a few washes. I was really excited when I stumbled upon these in the store because they seemed to meet all of my qualifications. They were mid-rise, they came in my size, and they also came in short (important for me since I am 5’2″ and most denim is longer on me!) 
I decided to do a little pattern mixing with this outfit and pair gingham with leopard print to give the outfit a little something! Pattern mixing isn’t usually my thing, but something about gingham and leopard together just makes me happy! Oh, and you’ll be seeing these leopard flats quite a bit this fall! They are so comfortable!
