I always think summer is my favorite time of year until fall rolls around and then I say with 100% confidence that fall is definitely my favorite season! While I do enjoy the summer I really love fall because of the foliage, the crisp weather, and of course, the outfits. I like wearing my cozy, layered outfits, what can I say?!
Since the weather this fall has been so bizarre, it’s just now really feeling like fall here in North Carolina (aside from a few chilly days.) I purchased a Barbour jacket before it got cold and I am so glad I did. I wasn’t exactly sure what the hype was about and wasn’t even sure I would like it on me…but as soon as I received the perfect little waxed jacket in the mail and threw it on I immediately understood the hype, and even more so now that it’s cold.
Comfy sweaters, booties, and scarves are also essential fall pieces that I have been wearing non-stop. I think I have worn a variation of this outfit no fewer than 15 times this season and I’m not complaining one bit!
