Poolside

If there’s one thing I really love about summer, it’s hanging out poolside.I distinctly remember spending many days growing up by the pool playing marco polo (ugh, so glad I’m out of that phase!) and eating those delicious freezie pops! And even though I don’t do those things anymore (ok, sometimes I indulge in those delicious popsicles!) I still enjoy spending time poolside. It doesn’t matter if I’m having a fun day with friends or lounging with a good book, there is something so relaxing about being by the pool.

When I was on my girl’s trip to Sanderling Resort in the Outer Banks last month, we all made sure to get some time in by the pool. They had two pools, one was a kid friendly pool and the other was a tranquility adult only pool. The adult only pool had the best set up and was so relaxing! I wish I had been able to spend a few extra days by the pool. :)

I wore this high neck swim suit from Orchid Boutique while there. I am pretty insecure about my chest area, so I was immediately drawn to this one since it covered that part!
