Traveling In Style

When summer rolls around, I get the biggest urge to travel. Whether it’s a short trip to the beach, a family vacation, or a getaway with the girls, I love any excuse to pack my bags and get away!

Many of my recent trips have been long weekend trips, where we have a list of things we want to do as soon as we hit our destination! For these shorter trips I like to pack light (well, as lightly as I can haha!) in my Barrington Weekender Bag and Tote and pack a little more strategically.

Since we’re typically pretty busy by the time our feet hit the ground, I like to travel in style! I like to wear comfortable pieces (especially shoes) that can take me from the car ride, to dinner, and wherever the night takes us. This denim dress is one of those pieces. It’s comfortable for a car ride, doesn’t wrinkle easy and can be easily dressed up with jewelry. Another important thing: shoes. No matter how cute shoes are, if they aren’t comfortable I try to steer clear of them… especially if I know I’m going to be walking around a fair bit.
